22/12/2011 morning finished with all these great structure installed covering the distance over 14 to 20m., Through its cavities the main lobby will be illuminated, becoming, with 10,50m high, the most remarkable area in the building.
Work goes on fluently and the frame it´s expected to be finished in late January 2012.

The Senior´s Residential Center ventilated facade in La Cisterniga, Valladolid, has been totally finished. Technical solution made of 120x60cm porcelain stoneware tiles in two different colours emphasizes the building volumetry and gets a perfect thermal and acoustic insulation.

El alcalde de Zaragoza, Juan Alberto Belloch, ha acudido hoy a la colocación simbólica de la Primera Piedra del nuevo Centro de Referencia Fundación DFA acompañado de otros miembros de la corporación y del presidente de la fundación, Armando Carcas.
El inmueble, diseñado y dirigido por Código Arquitectura pretende ser un centro de referencia a nivel estatal, en accesibilidad universal y sostenibilidad medioambiental según ha explicado el Arquitecto Director J. Miguel Colmenares.
The symbolic Setting of the foundation Stone for the new Foundation DFA Headquarters was attended by the mayor of the city council of Zaragoza Juan Alberto Belloch and members of his department and the president of the foundacion Armando Carcas.
The building, designed and directed by Código Arquitectura is intended as a reference center for statewide universal accessibility and environmental sustainability as explained by the Architect Director J. Miguel Colmenares.

El Proyecto B. y de Ejecución del Colegio Público de Educación Infantil y Primaria en Cascante, ha sido aprobado por el Departamento de Educación del Gobierno de Navarra. En la elaboración del mismo se han incorporado criterios de Sostenibilidad y Ecodiseño y se ha logrado una Calificación Energética B. Esto fue posible gracias a su configuración formal mediante medidas pasivas de ahorro energético, a la elección adecuada de materiales y sistemas constructivos, a la preocupación por el aislamiento térmico, al aprovechamiento de la luz natural, a la optimización de las instalaciones, y al rendimiento de la iluminación artificial LED.
The design and construction project of the State School for Infant and Primary Education in Cascante has been approved by the Government of Navarra education department. Along the development of the project, criteria of sustainability and ecological design have been incorporated, so an Energetically Qualification B has been achieved. All this has been possible thanks to its formal settings through passive issues of energy saving, the proper choice of materials and construction systems, the concern for thermal insulation, the use of natural light, the optimization of the installations, and performance LED artificial lighting.

The construction of the Football field in Valmojado has been completed. The opening ceremony was attended by the executive of the sports department Roberto Parra, Delegate of the government in Toledo Fernando Mora and the mayor of the city council, Arturo González. The construction has been managed by the architect Natalia Blázquez and the technical architect Julio García. The construction has been carried out by the UTE SportMancha Constructions - Tecdeco.

The project will be managed in collaboration with Lapetra Asociados S.L.P. The building program is developed in 1 main volume with 3 levels which involves the multipurpose and specialized classrooms and 1 volume with 1 level where are located the common areas. The facades have been designed of prefabricated concrete combined with elements for the solar radiation which provides an attractive game of colors.

El sector, con una superficie de 691.000 m2, estará destinado a fortalecer la estructura económica del Concejo y del conjunto municipal del área central regional. La actuación, cuenta con subvención del IDEPA y propone la creación de un parque industrial eco-tecnológico agroalimentario.
CODIGO ARQUITECTURA S.L.P. wins the competition for the drafting of the masterplan, urban development and environmental sustainability report, of the industrial masterplan “La Rasa de Selorio”, in Villaviciosa in Asturias. The sector with its surface of 691.000 m2 will be leaded to strengthen the economical structure of the council and the center of the regional area. The project has economical support of the IDEPA and proposes the creation of an industrial ecotechnological and food processing park.

The construction of the Senior Residence in La Teneria II in Pinto in Madrid has been completed. The building has a capacity of 60 beds and a day center for 30 people. El centro, con 316 alumnos, sustituye al antiguo centro del Ave María y para el próximo curso dispondrá de un nuevo modelo educativo en castellano e inglés.
The construction of the State School for Infant and Primary Education in Rochapea, Pamplona in
Navarra has been completed. The facilities are ready for the children to begin
their classes on the 12th of April. The new center, with 316
students replaces the old one Ave Maria and starts for the coming up

El edificio se resuelve en dos volúmenes prinicipales conectados por pasarelas, y destaca por el juego cromático de los nucleos de escaleras que se formalizarán mediante paneles de resinas fenólicas.
Código Arquitectura wins the competition of the design and construction project as well as the project management of the State School nº 3 in Tarancón in Cuenca. The building is solved in 2 main volumes which are connected by walkways. It stands out by the chromatic game of the stair nuclei which will be formalized by phenolic resin panels.
